Collision Investigation

There are many reasons why our clients feel the need for quality collision investigation. It can be in conjunction with the legal defence team to establish whether the client is culpable, as alleged by the Police, or to establish the causes of collisions so that steps can be taken to prevent recurrence.

The earlier that we are involved in the incident, the better as it may be possible to get to the scene whilst the Police unit is still in attendance, that way we can ensure that we understand all the circumstances and can get our own accurate data. We can then liase with the Police at all stages to manage the incident on your behalf.

A key feature for most clients is the live notification of incidents as they happen, by e-mail or fax from the accident management company. This allows us to pro-actively manage your incidents with you, with you controlling how much involvement we have.

We can also review your accident history and identify trends and incident profiles for your drivers.
