It can be in conjunction with the legal defence team to establish whether the client is culpable, as alleged by the Police, or to establish the causes of collisions so that steps can be taken to prevent recurrence.

Our team of Forensic Collision Investigators will assess all the data available and ensure that the correct conclusions have been reached in relation to any collision that has occurred. The earlier that we are involved in the incident, the better as it may be possible to get to the scene whilst the Police unit is still in attendance, that way we can ensure that we understand all the circumstances and can get our own accurate data
